To downsize and leave a home and garden you have designed and developed over the last 20 years in a location you love is emotionally difficult and a huge decision. Angela and Charlotte guided and supported me through the process. They were exceptionally organised from the get-go and kept me fully informed on all aspects of the process. In particular, they came up with some innovative marketing strategies drawing on the connection between the ‘Christchurch School’ of architecture and the design of the house and ensured that the property received maximum exposure including through social media.
Their recommendation to sell the property by auction, which I confess I had some initial reservations about, proved to be the right one. The sale price achieved at auction well exceeded my expectations. Following the sale, Angela has continued to provide valuable assistance and advice in my continuing search for a smaller property.
