Louisa Steel

Spending years working across the globe, Louisa comprehends customer service and commitment on an unparalleled scale. Developing longstanding relationships at a local, national and international level is a tangible testament to Louisa’s achievements. A level of professionalism combined with a positive, friendly and approachable attitude, gives Louisa the ability to dissect issues and execute favourable outcomes. A relaxed flair yet coupled with structure, process and discipline is how Louisa lives her life. Happily married for over 20 years and mother to three gorgeous children, Louisa combines her career with family life. Born in Scotland, with stints in Zambia, Australia and now New Zealand, family and friends are global, but home is very much wherever her loved ones are.
Louisa studied agriculture before spending two years in Zambia managing a large cattle ranch. She returned to the UK to study marketing and had many successful years working in the financial services sector in Edinburgh. Louisa then moved to New Zealand with her husband and daughter and spent the next 12 years being a full-time mum to three children. She continued to volunteer for a number of organisations and sat on a couple of Boards, latterly becoming Chair of both. Louisa and her family spent five years in Perth, Westen Australia where she was the Marketing Manager for the Knight Frank team, working across residential sales, property management and off the plan developments. Returning to Christchurch, Louisa has taken on the role of Business Manager for Angela Webb’s team. This team of high performers is led by Angela, no.1 Residential Investment Property Salesperson in Christchurch and backed by the powerful Bayleys brand. Louisa is excited to be able to continue her passion for real estate and be part of a team that is very much focused on providing a best-in-class service to all clients.
